RESUMEN GENERAL - Contratación para puestos de Selección de Pedidos, Envíos, y Recibos.
El Pago Inicial es: $18 a la hora con un aumento de $1 a la hora a los 6 meses y 1 año, etc. incluye un diferencial de turno de $1.50 para el turno de NOCHE y FIN DE SEMANA. (Aumentos salariales de $1 a la hora a los 6 meses, 1 año, 2 años, 3 años)
ACTUALMENTE CONTRATANDO PARA TURNOS DE DIA, NOCTURNO Y DE FIN DE SEMANA
* Turno de DIA: Lunes a Jueves de 6 a.m. a 4:30/5:30 p.m., con horas extras ocasionales siendo un día de fin de semana.
* TURNO de NOCHE: Lunes a Jueves de 6 pm a 4:30/5:30 am, con horas extras ocasionales los viernes por la noche.
* Turno el Fin de Semana: Viernes a Domingo, de 6 a.m. a 6:30 p.m., con horas extras ocasionales siendo un dia durante la semana.
LA NUEVA ESTRUCTURA DE TURNOS COMIENZA EN MAYO DE 2025
Los aplicantes y asociados solicitarán preferencia de turno (se explicará tambien durante el proceso de entrevista)
La transición será a turnos de 5 dias trabajando (8 horas), o el turno de Sábado/Domingo trabajando 2 turnos de 12 horas mas 2 turnos mas de (8 horas) durante la semana.
1er Turno: Lunes a Viernes de 7 AM-3:30 PM (8 horas)
2º Turno: Lunes a Viernes de 3 PM-11:30 PM (8 horas)
3er Turno: Domingo-Jueves de 11 PM-7:30 AM (8 horas)
4º Turno: Sábados y Domingos de 6 a.m. a 6:30 p.m. (2) turnos de 12 horas y (2) turnos de 8 horas seran trabajados durante la semana.
Resumen General:
Cargar y descargar tráilers, y recoger cajas de productos en cintas transportadoras.
Calificaciones:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente preferido. Se prefiere experiencia previa en bodega y trabajo físico de ritmo rápido. En promedio, los asociados levantan hasta 500 cajas por hora, con un peso de hasta 50 libras.
