JOB DESCRIPTION
The Environmental, Health and Safety (“EH&S”) Analyst provides critical analysis and support to the EH&S Organization, Retail Store Operations, and Supply Chain Operations for the Company. The EH&S Analyst is expected to review and assess complex sets of data to isolate trends and EH&S opportunities, conduct advance analysis, and build solutions and recommendations to drive performance improvement for environmental compliance and workplace safety and health.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses using data collected and combined from multiple data sources to provide actionable recommendations for EH&S improvement.
  • Develop effective, interactive presentations, and reporting solutions for EH&S operational leaders.
  • Partner with Company operations leaders, Company stakeholders, and supporting contractors to conceptualize business issues and translate them into an appropriate analytical format to drive company EH&S activities and actions.
  • Identify opportunities and coordinate projects across EH&S teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics.
  • Deliver reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, or as otherwise necessary, covering EH&S performance.
  • Support ad hoc data and analysis requests from leadership teams in EH&S, Store Operations and Supply Chain Operations.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
  • Strong people skills; the ability to quickly develop relationships and communicate with multiple internal and external business partners.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to transfer and translate complex data analysis into actionable and understandable tasks for EH&S and company managers and associates.
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence/query tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and coordination of multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years performing analytical work in a business environment.
